Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cup / s coffee, cooked (espresso), cold
  • 4 cl brandy
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated, remove the grated zest
  • 200 g ladyfiners (more or less dependin on your needs and size the shape)
  • Cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Egg yolks and sugar are beaten with a hand mixer on the highest setting until foamy. The mascarpone is then added spoon by spoon. You then add the finely grated zest of the lemon.
  2. The cold espresso (really use the small espresso cups) is mixed with the brandy.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in and place them in a flat dish. Pour half of the cream over it. Do the same with the remaining biscuits. The finish is the second layer of cream.
  4. It is best to put the tiramisu in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Before serving, pour the cocoa powder over the tiramisu. The best way to do this is with the help of a sieve.
