Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 60 g suar
  • 350 ml cream
  • 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 500 g rapes, seedless
  • some liqueur (grape liqueur) or white wine
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the amarettini with white wine or grape liqueur. Mix the mascarpone, natural yoghurt and sugar together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Halve the grapes.
  2. The layers of tiramisu are made up as follows:
  3. 1/3 of the cream, half of the grapes, half of the amarettini. Then again 1/3 of the cream, the rest of the grapes, the rest of the Amarettini, then the rest of the cream.
  4. Dust the cocoa over it just before serving, otherwise it will soak through.
