Ingredients

  • 3 pts. Feta cheese
  • 1 eggplant (s)
  • 1 glass hot peppers
  • 1 glass olives, green
  • 1 onion (s) (vegetable onion)
  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 1 glass tomato sauce (Napoli, Ajvar or similar)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the feta in a baking dish. Fry the aubergines briefly in olive oil and place on the feta. Put the peppers (just remove the stalk), onions (cut into rings), olives (leave whole) and tomatoes (sliced) on top of the cheese. Possibly Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the tomato sauce over it and add a dash of olive oil at the end. Place in the oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.
  2. Serve with flatbread or baguette. Makes 2 servings as a main course or 4 servings as a starter.
  3. Can also be made well for a buffet or barbecue party. Simply cover a baking sheet with approx. 10 points of feta and multiply the ingredients accordingly.
