Ingredients

  • 4 chop (s), (stick chop)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 pepper (s), orange
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese with paprika
  • 1 tablespoon paprika pulp
  • 1 cup gravy
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup, (spiced ketchup)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot pink
  • 100 g mozzarella, rated
  • some water
  • 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
  • 20 g flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Brown the chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Set the pan aside.
  2. Cut the zucchini and peppers into approx. 0.5 cm cubes. Score the tomato, pour boiling water over it, peel and core it and also cut the pulp into cubes.
  3. Fry the zucchini and peppers in the pan for about 5 minutes while stirring, squeeze the garlic cloves and fry with them. Then add the paprika pulp and fry as well, add the tomato pieces. Deglaze with a little water and continue to stew. Gradually pour in the meat stock and let it simmer. Then stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and simmer again briefly.
  4. Spread the pepper and zucchini mixture over the chops and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Spread a few flakes of butter on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees with top heat.
  5. Boiled potatoes or baguettes and a green salad go well with this. If you want, you can add some Mediterranean herbs, but that`s how we like it best.
  6. A very fresh dish that can be prepared on the baking sheet for several people.
