Ingredients

  • 300 g beans, reen
  • salt
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger
  • some oil
  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 60 ml vegetable stock
  • sugar
  • soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon panko
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the beans, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted boiling water for five minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water, allow to drain.
  2. Sauté the garlic and ginger in the heated oil, add the miso paste, orange juice and stock, stir until the miso paste has dissolved. Then add the beans and leave to stand, covered, for about five minutes. Season to taste with sugar, soy sauce and pepper.
  3. While the beans are cooking, roast the panko and sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown. Pour over the vegetables before serving.
