  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 375 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet yeast (yeast dough guarantor)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 75 ml milk
  • 200 g tzatziki
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash the spring onions and cut into small, fine rings. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and preheat the oven (top / bottom heat: approx. 200 ° C, hot air: approx. 180 ° C).
  2. Mix the flour with the yeast and process with the other ingredients using a mixer in about 2 minutes to form a smooth dough. Also with a little more milk, depending on the case. Divide the dough into equal pieces, shape it into balls and place on the baking sheet. Brush the dough balls with milk and sprinkle with diced ham and sunflower seeds as desired, leave to rest for about 15 minutes and then bake for about 20 minutes. With the help of the baking paper, pull the bread from the tray and serve warm or cold. Also suitable for freezing.
