  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g marzipan (raw mixture)
  • 300 g nuts, round
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Cake icing (chocolate) to decorate

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow. Sprinkle in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Crumble the marzipan mixture with a fork, mix with the nuts and cinnamon and fold into the egg whites. Pour the batter into a piping bag. Now squirt strips onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Melt the cake icing slowly. Then carefully remove the heavenly breads from the baking paper and dip the ends in the melted chocolate icing.
