Ingredients
- 500 g spaetzle
- 4 tablespoon fried onions, possibly more
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 glass water
- 2 handfuls cheese, grated, (Emmentaler), possibly more
- pepper
- 3 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
- salt and pepper
- parsley

- Cook the spaetzle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Drain, mix with the cream, the water, the vegetable stock powder and the grated cheese. Let it steep for about 5 minutes and stir well. Add fried onions. Season to taste and pepper and salt as required. Before serving, add parsley, more cheese or fried onions.
