Ingredients
- 400 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine) for whipping
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 200 g block chocolate, dark
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- possibly syrup (agave syrup)

- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Put the chilled cream in the food processor and whip. Add the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar. Now slowly and carefully add the liquid chocolate. Continue mixing until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- Try and sweeten with agave syrup (or fine sugar, etc.) as you like. Let it set in the refrigerator.
- The mousse is very rich and certainly not for the diet plan, but we love it and like to eat red berries or fruits with it. I`ve already used the mousse as a topping for a cake, and it was very well received.
