- 3 banana (s), ripe, which nobody likes to eat raw anymore
- 1 lemon (s)
- 1 shot rum
- Sugar at will

- Cut the bananas into slices - without much effort, you can save yourself further chopping, boil them anyway - and cook them together with the juice of a lemon and a dash of rum for a few minutes. Use sugar sparingly, just cook with it. If you like it smooth, then puree it, and if you like it pieces in it, pour everything as it is into one or two jam jars.
- Intended for immediate consumption, not for storage! Not particularly appetizing in terms of appearance, but simply heavenly in yogurt (still lukewarm), quark, crepes etc.
- As a variant, sometimes with a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom.
- 5 minutes of work and endless happiness!
