Ingredients

  • 500 g meat loaf, coarser
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 ml chilli sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • some oil for frying

Leberkäse Paprika Stir-fry

Instructions

  1. Cut meat loaf and bell peppers into strips, finely dice onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the meatloaf. Add onion, garlic and paprika strips and fry briefly. Add the chilli sauce and the water and let everything simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Just before serving, add the cream cheese and let it melt.
  3. Rice tastes very good as a side dish.
