Ingredients
- 1 leek stick (s), large
- 1 bunch chives
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic
- 200 g quark
- 200 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper

- Wash the leek and cut into narrow strips. Chop the chives or cut into small pieces with scissors. Also finely chop half a clove of garlic (depending on your taste, you can use more or no garlic at all).
- Mix all the ingredients together with the quark and cream cheese in a container and season with salt and pepper. Tastes great as a dip in the evening in front of the TV or on fresh wholemeal bread in the morning for breakfast.
