- 1 egg (s)
- 100 g zucchini
- 100 g bell pepper (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- some chives, finely chopped
- some parsley, finely chopped
- some salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Wash, prepare and cut the vegetables into small cubes. Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces.
- Whisk the egg in a bowl, add the quark, onion and vegetables. Add herbs and spices and mix everything together well.
- Grease a baking dish, add the mixture and bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.

- Try different vegetables like corn, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, eggplant, celery, olives, mushrooms, peas.
