Lula Kebab with Sweet Pepper (in the Oven)

by Editorial Staff

Easy and simple to cook, but it turns out very juicy and tasty! Such kebabs are convenient to eat and great to take with you to a picnic. And the idea with simple ice cream sticks is cool, often helped out when there were no suitable skewers.

Lula Kebab with Sweet Pepper (in the Oven) Instructions

  1. Add to the minced onion, grated on a coarse grater, and sweet red pepper, cut into small cubes (the smaller the better). Add paprika, hot pepper and salt to this. Mix everything well.

  2. The most important thing is to beat off all the mince well. It is best to divide into parts and beat off for a few minutes until protein threads appear.
  3. Let the minced meat stand for a couple of hours under the plastic wrap in the refrigerator. Then we form the kebab – so that everyone is the same, use a kitchen scale. Insert an ice cream stick into the formed kebab and shape it a little more.
  4. We spread it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. To create a grill effect, I applied this pattern with a stick.
  5. We bake the kebab in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for about 40 minutes. Focus on your oven.

  6. It is very convenient to take ready-made lula by a stick, scoop up the sauce and enjoy delicious meat!
