  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 spring onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 piece (s) ginger root, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly turmeric
  • cumin

  1. Peel the mango, remove the stone and roughly dice the pulp. Puree with all other ingredients in a blender. Season to taste.
