Ingredients

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 200 ml milk
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 g ladyfiners
  • 250 ml espresso, strong, cold
  • 7 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the marzipan and gradually stir into the milk with the hand blender until a creamy mass forms. Stir in the quark, mascarpone and sugar.
  2. Line the bottom of a mold with ladyfingers soaked in espresso, dust with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and spread half of the cream on top. Repeat this process.
  3. Chill the tiramisu for several hours or overnight and dust with the rest of the cocoa powder before serving.
