Ingredients
- 0.25 liter ¼ tea (fruit tea, e.g. forest fruit)
- 0.25 liter ¼ tea (winter tea)
- 0.25 liter ¼ apple juice
- 1 glass orange juice
- 6 carnation (s)
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 slice (s) orange (s)

- Cook the tea according to the instructions and put it in a saucepan. Put the orange juice as well as the apple juice, the lemon juice and the cinnamon and the orange slice in the saucepan. Put the cloves in a tea infuser and also in the pot with them.
- Let the mixture steep for 10 minutes on the lowest setting, do not boil. After 10 minutes add the sugar and heat again for 5 minutes. Also make sure that it does not boil.
- After 15 minutes remove the spices (cinnamon, cloves and the orange slice) and serve the punch hot.
- But it also tastes cold and can be easily reheated in the microwave. For the big ones just add a shot of rum to the cup.
