Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 onion (s), chopped
  • 3 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 cans tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 packet spices (chilli seasoning)
  • 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), dried

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced onions together with the minced meat. Season with a teaspoon of pepper. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and - as soon as the meat is brown - add to the meat together with the tomato paste. Briefly roast with. Now add canned tomatoes. Wash the cans with a little water and add the liquid to the pan to deglaze. Drain the beans and stir in as well (do not completely wash off the bean water, as the starch binds the chilli). Let simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, the pepper pieces should still be firm to the bite.
  2. Now add salt, the remaining pepper, chilli and paprika powder and crushed dried chilli and let it steep for another 5 minutes over a low flame.
  3. White bread goes best with it.
