Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (s), red, white or yellow or bunch spring onions
- salt
- 1 dash pumpkin seed oil

- The amount of onions depends on how much you want to eat. I use a small bowl (cereal bowl). That is enough for approx. 2 - 3 people.
- Peel the onion and either dice or cut into thin onion rings as desired. Mix with a pinch of salt and a dash of pumpkin seed oil, let it steep for a few minutes.
- This variant goes very well with a Vesper.
