Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 2 teaspoons parmesan, grated
- salt and pepper

- Peel and quarter the garlic. Mix all ingredients (without parmesan) in a mixing bowl.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Finally fold in the parmesan and season again if necessary.
- Tip: rocket, lamb`s lettuce, sunflower seeds, corn, tomatoes and fried mushrooms. Dressing on top and a very tasty salad is ready.
