Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g Grana Padano or other rated hard cheese
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 g yeast, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast in the lukewarm water, stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Put the flour, cheese, olive oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast dissolved in water and use the dough hook of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough.
  2. Shape balls out of the dough, depending on the desired roll size, place in a container with a lid and let rise in a warm place (e.g. the lukewarm heater) for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C (top / bottom heat). Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
