Ingredients
- 100 g mushrooms
- 200 g beans, reen
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 250 g pasta, made from durum wheat semolina
- 2 ½ dl cream (soy)
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- 4 tablespoon yeast (nutritional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Clean and halve the beans, steam for approx. 20 minutes. Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms, dice the onion and add salted pasta water.
