Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 400 g tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s), red
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch basil
- 2 teaspoons capers
- some olives, black
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta until al dente and let it cool down.
- Clean the tomatoes, onions, leeks, celery and olives and cut into small pieces.
- Finely chop the garlic and basil.
- Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
- Let it steep for at least an hour.
