Instructions

  1. Dough:
  2. Mix the margarine or butter in a mixing bowl with a mixer (stirring sticks) until smooth. Gradually add the sugar, vanillin sugar, salt and flavoring while stirring, until a bond is formed. Stir in each egg for about 1/2 minute at the highest level. Mix flour with baking powder and briefly stir in 2 portions on medium heat.
  3. Place the dough on the baking sheet, smooth it out and place a strip of aluminum foil folded several times in front of the dough. Cut the peach halves into slices and spread them on the dough.
  4. Streusel:
  5. Put the flour in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and softened butter. Process everything with the mixer (stirring rods) into sprinkles and distribute on the peaches. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
  6. Molding:
  7. Sift the icing sugar, stir with lemon juice and immediately after baking, use a pastry brush to spread the icing over the pastry. Let the peach slices cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack.
