  • 0.5 ½ pear (s), from the can
  • 4 cl pear juice
  • liter ⅛ milk, cold
  • 3 cl pear spirit
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ jelly, currant

Instructions

  1. Puree the pear half and the pear juice in a blender.
  2. Pour in the cold milk and the pear spirit. Pour into a tall glass. Put the jelly on top and serve cold.
