  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g suar
  • 300 g plums
  • 150 g quark
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 60 g butter
  • Butter for the mold
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk and half of the sugar to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 5 - 6 minutes. Put the pasta in a bowl with the rest of the milk.
  2. In the meantime, core the plums and cut into wedges.
  3. Mix the quark with the eggs and remaining sugar and mix loosely with the pasta and plums. Pour into a greased baking dish. Mix the breadcrumbs with the butter and cinnamon and spread on top.
  4. Place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx. 35 min.
