Ingredients

  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 400 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 52 g processed cheese, 30% F.i.Tr.
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Pork Fillet with Cauliflower and Light Cheese-bechamel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes until al dente. Then drain.
  2. Melt the butter. Add the flour and sweat in it. Add the milk while stirring and bring to the boil. Melt the cheese in it and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add cauliflower and fold in.
  3. Cut the meat into medallions and fry in the hot oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side, season with salt and pepper.
