Pork with Vegetables in an Edible “Plate”

Author’s recipe. A very hearty dinner for real men – meat baked in dough with mushrooms and vegetables.
Ingredients
- Pork fillet – 340 g
- Mushrooms – 200 g
- Tomato – 1 small
- Sweet pepper – 1 small
- Onion – 1 medium
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Water – 30-40 ml
- Butter – for frying
- Hot red pepper (pool bieber)
- Mushroom seasoning
- Basil
- Carnation
- Fresh greens
- Salt
- Pepper
For the “plate”:
- Flour – 2-2.5 cups
- Butter – 100 g
- Sour cream – 5 tablespoon.
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a bowl, add sour cream, mayonnaise, spices and knead the elastic dough. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Cut the meat into steaks and fry with soy sauce over high heat, quickly until crusty, until half cooked.
- Stick carnation flowers (1-2 pcs.) Into each piece of meat.
- Fry the mushrooms in butter with garlic and mushroom seasoning until tender.
- Chop the vegetables (chop the onion in half), grate the carrots.
- Fry the onions and carrots in a preheated pan. Add pepper, salt and pepper, add spices, pour in water. Cook until water evaporates. Add tomatoes and tomato paste, check for salt. Simmer until tender. Add greens
- Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll it out into a circle so that you can pinch the sides. On the bottom, put the second half of the onion, cut into half rings, meat on top, mushrooms on the sides, fried vegetables on top. Make bumpers. Bake in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
