Peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Jacket potatoes also work, of course. Let the potatoes cool down. Cut the potatoes and onions into slices. Mix together the marinade from the remaining ingredients and mix very carefully with the potatoes and onions. The salad doesn`t have to go long, half an hour is enough.
