  • 500 g pulled pork
  • 600 g cream
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Spread the pasta uncooked in a baking dish. If necessary, heat the pulled pork for about 1 minute at 600 W in the microwave or 5 minutes in the oven, then it is easier to pull it apart with two forks. Distribute the chopped meat evenly over the pasta.
  2. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan oven.
  3. Briefly bring the cream with the broth and tomato paste to the boil in a saucepan. If necessary, you can also use more tomato paste than indicated. Finally, season the sauce with paprika, salt and pepper and pour over the pasta and meat. Make sure that the sauce is evenly distributed so that the pasta is soft. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top (it tastes best grated yourself) and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
