Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon oil (nut oil, e.g. walnut oil)
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar or balsam)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, finer (Dijon)
- 1 teaspoon honey (recommendation: orange blossom honey)
- salt and pepper

- Put the oil and vinegar in a shaker. Then add mustard and honey and shake vigorously until the dressing has a creamy, homogeneous consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- This dressing goes well with leaf salads such as lamb`s lettuce, but also arugula.
- I recommend roasted white bread and strong cheese.
