Ingredients

  • 500 g minced, mixed
  • 1 small onion (s), diced
  • 1 tube tomato paste
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 1 cup rice (large cup)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly fry the minced meat with the onion in a saucepan. Then add the vegetable stock. Add tomato paste, rice and spices and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
