- 2 sachets rice
- 3 bell pepper (s), diced (color does not matter)
- 1 leek
- 3 carrot (s), fresh
- 250 ml meat or vegetable broth
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tube tomato paste
- some salt and pepper

- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and dice. Stew everything in a pan or saucepan with the vegetable stock until it is firm to the bite. Boil the rice. Mix the vegetables and rice together. Add the tomato paste and season to taste with salt and pepper. Depending on your taste, you can also sear pork or poultry meat and add it.
