Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, peeled
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • 3 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 0.5 ½ chicken (roast chicken), fried and cooled
  • 5 olives, black
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the skinned pepper into small pieces and add to the pasta. Fry the garlic with the zucchini in a little oil in a pan for about 5 minutes and also add to the pasta.
  3. For the salad sauce, chop the olives in a blender and gradually stir in the oil. Add the vinegar.
  4. Add the tomatoes, the torn roast chicken and the basil to the pasta and fold in everything. Mix in the salad dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese over it.
