Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower, cleaned & cut into florets
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cauliflower with oil & salt.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet & roast at 220 ° C (preheated) on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, use the remaining ingredients (finely chop parsley) to prepare a seasoning oil.
  4. Take cauliflower out of the oven, arrange on plates & serve hot drizzled with the seasoning oil.
