Ingredients
- 4 redfish fillet (s) á 200 g
- Lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Worcester sauce
- 30 g butter
- some flour
- 125 ml broth
- 125 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream

- Season the fillets with lemon, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Heat the butter, fry the fillets gently on both sides for about 12 minutes. Take the fish out of the pan and keep warm.
- Sweat the flour, deglaze with the stock and white wine, cook well, add the cream.
- Serve with mixed vegetables and boiled potatoes.
