Ingredients

  • 800 g redfish fillet (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 250 g mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillet under running water and pat dry. Immediately drizzle with lemon juice and rub with salt and pepper. Scald the beefsteak tomatoes with boiling water and peel them. Halve the tomatoes lengthways, remove the seeds and dice the pulp. Also cut the cooked ham into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion slices in it until they take on color. Add the mushrooms and fry them. Reduce the resulting liquid. Put the cooked ham in the pan and fry. Finally, heat the tomato cubes in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep frying until the vegetables are largely dry. Finely chop the herbs and add them. Spread everything on the fish fillet. Drain the mozzarella well and cut into thin slices. Spread these on the fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 15-20 minutes.
