Ruddy Potatoes in Soy Sauce, Baked in the Oven

I want to share a recipe for making very tasty potatoes. Potatoes in the oven are just incredibly tasty, saturated with the aroma of spices, and have an appetizing golden-brown crust. A good baked potato recipe for a delicious lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 800 g
- Soy sauce – 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 5 tbsp
- Chopped garlic – 1 tbsp
- A mixture of dry Italian herbs – 1 teaspoon.
- Ground nutmeg – 0.5 teaspoon.
- Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2 or 4 pieces, depending on the size of the potato.
Boil the sliced potatoes until half cooked.
- Cooking sauce: mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, pepper, dry herbs, nutmeg.
- Add the sauce to the slightly cooled potatoes and mix.
Grease the form with oil and send potatoes into it. - We bake potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Such baked potatoes can be served as an independent dish or as a side dish for meat.
