Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon jam, (orange)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hot or medium hot
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Garlic, finely chopped
- N / A Chilli pepper (s), freshly finely chopped
- salt
- pepper

- Put all ingredients in a container and simply stir together. The amount of garlic and chilli to taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper - done!
- Goes well with lettuce and touch the rest on the plate afterwards with fresh baguette is just delicious!
