Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillet (s) approx. 180 g each

For the marinade:

  • 3 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely mashed
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger, freshly grated
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil, light
  • Black pepper
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets, pat dry. Mix the ingredients for the marinade, turn the salmon in it, cover and leave to marinate for at least an hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C on top / bottom heat. Put the salmon with the marinade in an ovenproof dish and cook for about ten minutes (the cooking time depends on the thickness of the salmon fillets). Season with freshly ground pepper.
  3. I recommend only adding salt when needed, as soy sauce is already salty.
