Sausage Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna is one of the most popular dishes in Italian cuisine and there are countless options for making lasagna. Sausage Lasagna is one option.

Ingredients

  • Boiled sausage – 450 g.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Parsley – 70 g.
  • Basil – 1 tbsp
  • Marjoram – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 800 g.
  • Noodles – 450 g.
  • Ricotta – 450 g.
  • Parmesan – 120 g.
  • Mozzarella – 450 g.
  • Sunflower oil – to taste

 Directions:

  1. Fry sausages and onions over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes, basil, half parsley, marjoram, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Fry for 40 minutes.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, and oregano. Cook noodles.
  3. Put half of the sauce on a baking sheet, a layer of noodles on it, then a layer of cheese mixture. Sprinkle with half of the grated mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of noodles, place all the sausage sauce on top. Add the remaining half of the cheese mixture, sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  4. Put the last layer of noodles, sprinkle with grated parmesan. Cover the baking sheet with foil. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, send the baking sheet to the oven, bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
