- 1 teaspoon pesto, (wild garlic pesto)
- 1 slice truffle
- 1 slice (s) parmesan cheese
- Salt, (fleur de sel)

- Fry the scallops on both sides in butter for about two minutes. Then place in a mussel shell, coat with the wild garlic pesto (I prefer the Schrats Bärauchpesto - recipe from CK) and top with a little fleur de sel and a thin slice of truffle and parmesan. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° C and serve immediately.
