  • 500 g potato noodles
  • 250 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 zucchini
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Clean and wash the leek and cut into half rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes in it. Add the minced meat and fry vigorously. Add the leek and zucchini. Add the strained tomatoes, mix in the halved cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the potato noodles in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10-20 minutes.
