Shrimps with Vegetables in Curry Sauce

Shrimps in a spicy sauce, with bell pepper and young peas.

Ingredients

  • Large shrimps – 225 g
  • Chicken broth – 0.25 cups
  • Sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Young peas pods – 110 g
  • Coconut milk – 0.75 cups
  • Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Corn starch – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoon
  • Red curry paste – 2 teaspoon
  • Basil – 0.25 cups
  • Lime juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Pepper seeds, cut into strips 0.5 cm wide. Cut the pears in half.
  2. Peel the shrimp.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Add curry paste, heat for 30 seconds. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar.
  4. Mix the broth with the starch. Pour the mixture into a frying pan, bring to a boil.
  5. Add peppers and peas, cook until half cooked, 5-8 minutes. During this time, the sauce will thicken.
  6. Add shrimp, cook for 3-5 minutes. Send basil and lime juice there, salt and pepper.
  7. Shrimp with vegetables, curry sauce, ready.
