Ingredients

  • 1 large can (s) peach (s), diced
  • 500 g vanilla yourt
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs cream stabilizer
  • 3 cups passion fruit juice (total approx. 600 - 700 ml)
  • 3 packs vanilla sauce powder, without boiling

Instructions

  1. Line a flat shape with the peach cubes. Spread the vanilla yogurt over the top. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and pour over the yoghurt.
  2. Mix the passion fruit juice with the vanilla sauce powder and spread it over the cream. Let it steep in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours.
