Ingredients

  • 1 liter passion fruit nectar
  • 1 large can peach (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla sauce powder for 500 ml sauce
  • 1 ½ pack preserving sugar 2:

Instructions

  1. Pour passion fruit juice into a large saucepan. Strain the peaches, collect the liquid, set aside. Coarsely puree the peaches or cut them into small pieces and add to the passion fruit juice.
  2. Next, stir the vanilla sauce powder into 3 - 4 tablespoons of the peach juice, depending on your taste, you can also use more sauce powder and stir it into the pot together with the preserving sugar. The remaining liquid in the peaches is not needed.
  3. Heat while stirring and cook for three minutes. Then immediately pour into clean glasses, close them and turn them over for a few minutes.
