Soul Food Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna is a type of pasta in the shape of a square or rectangle, as well as a dish of Italian cuisine, which is traditionally prepared from such sheets, mixed with layers of Bechamel sauce and minced meat filling. It is possible to prepare real lasagna in your own kitchen. Follow our recipe and you will succeed!

Ingredients

  • minced meat – 400 grams;
  • semi-hard cheese “Raphael”, “Maasdam” or “Parmesan Luigi” – 200 grams;
  • ready-made Bolognese sauce – 400 grams;
  • wheat flour – 1.5 tablespoons;
  • butter – 50 grams;
  • milk – 2.5 cups;
  • olive oil -1.5 tablespoons;
  • ready-made dry sheets of lasagna – 6 pieces.

Instructions

  1. Cooking Bechamel sauce: put 50 grams of butter and 50 grams of vegetable oil in a preheated saucepan, melt.
  2. Add flour to the butter, stirring constantly, bring until a homogeneous mass is formed.
    Pour in milk, reduce heat, and simmer on the stove until the consistency of low-fat sour cream forms: not liquid, but not too thick.
  3. Fry the minced meat in olive oil until half cooked, then add the Bolognese sauce to the minced meat, salt, and pepper everything.
  4. Grease a baking dish with butter. Fill the bottom with a little pre-cooked Bechamel sauce. Next, put in balls dry lasagna sheets (not boiled), minced meat, grated cheese (Raphael, Maasdam, or Luigi Parmesan), and Bechamel sauce.
  5. Place lasagna sheets on top of the sauce. Repeat the procedure.
  6. Grease the last layer with Bechamel sauce and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Let it soak for 10 minutes and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 30 minutes.
