Ingredients
- 1 celery
- 1 turnip (s)
- 2 carrot (s)
- 1 leek or spring onion
- possibly vegetables, your choice
- 1 tablespoon oil, (e.g. Becel Omega 3 oil)
- some water
- some herbs, mixed, frozen (8 herb mixture) or as you like
- salt and pepper
- possibly syrup, agave, something

- Cut the vegetables into cubes or slices, fry them in oil, add a little water and sauté gently. Season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper. If you like it a little sweet, you can add some agave syrup when frying it.
- Vegetarian goes well with it:
- Breaded feta cheese and couscous, bulgur or quinoa.
- Vegan goes well with:
- Seared smoked tofu, deglazed with soy sauce and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
