Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti
- 1 can tomatoes, chunky, 400 g each
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 100 ml red wine
- 0.5 ½ vegetable onion (s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano
- 1 teaspoon, leveled thyme
- 2 balls cheese (burrata), 100 g each
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
- 1 pot basil
- salt and pepper
- olive oil

- Dice the onion and chop the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the basil in half, cut the other half. Drain the burrata.
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Sauté the onion with the garlic until translucent. Add tomato paste and roast. Add oregano, thyme and a pinch of sugar and roast briefly. To do this, increase the heat slightly. Deglaze with red wine and let it boil down until a creamy sauce is formed. Add the fresh tomatoes and let them simmer for a few minutes until they are soft. Then add the canned tomatoes and the chopped basil. Reduce the tomato sauce for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, on a medium setting.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package description.
- Season the tomato sauce to taste with salt and pepper from the mill. Drain the pasta and put it back in the pot. Add tomato sauce and mix everything well.
- Arrange on deep plates. Cut the burrata in half and place on the pasta and garnish with the cut basil.
- If desired, sprinkle with pepper from the mill and drizzle with olive oil.
