Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 220 g tomato (s), yellow and red
  • 100 g burrata
  • 1 teaspoon pine nuts
  • Sea salt, coarse
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil, good
  • some honey, more liquid
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Quarter the avocado, carefully remove and core the skin, cut into thin slices and fan out on a flat plate. Also cut the tomatoes into slices, remove the stalk if necessary and drape on the avocado.
  2. Roughly cut the burrata and place in the center of the plate. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over it and drip some honey over it, but be careful not to take too much, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat until they smell good and are browned. Meanwhile, cut the basil into small pieces and distribute it on the plate along with the pine nuts.
  4. Fresh white bread goes well with it.
